Grandey’s Place at Warren Park has been created to help sustain the United Kingdom’s Heritage Crafts. Whether that craft is specified in The Heritage Craft Association’s Radcliffe Red List of Endangered Crafts (, or is simply a craft or industry that both conserves and creates a product or service of excellence, Warren Park hopes to attract a mix of like-minded creative and heritage sustaining talents, with rental subsidies, mentoring and also space for craft lecturing or schooling being made available.

Designed to be a centre of craft excellence and working with the help of The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust and The Heritage Crafts Association, Grandey’s Place houses space for up to 25 work places, which for certain qualifying non-established or needy craft businesses, will also qualify for subsidised rents.

Up to 25 units will become available, varying in size from approximately 300 sq ft to 1000 sq ft. Free parking is available on site.
