Luxury British Knitwear

Genevieve is a British Knitwear Designer, championing heritage craft, British manufacturing and responsible design to craft knitwear that becomes a part of the wearers' story and celebrates the beauty of slow fashion.

Genevieve studied Fashion Knitwear at Nottingham Trent University and went on to work for global designer brands whilst becoming a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Framework Knitters. Genevieve's brand came together through true passion and many years of personal and professional research and curiosity about knitting, launching in 2015.

Genevieve is committed to preserving and revitalising her corner of the industry. Working with hand-selected mills and factories around the UK, she helps to drive British manufacturing forward by embracing innovation, but also celebrating tradition; keeping time-honoured craftsmanship relevant, which can be seen with her own knitting of designs using heritage knitting machines that she collected and restored.

Her unusual yarn blends - a GS signature - evoke a unique and contemporary mood, while limited batches demonstrate lasting quality and exceptional attention to detail, plus a personal touch that defines every piece.
