Barn 1 has up to 8 units on the 1st floor that are in modules of approximately 250 sq ft. Each unit will have outward facing windows, an industrial sink and internet access. There are no rates to pay but there will be a non-profit shared service charge for electricity, heat, light and site services. Every unit will have a free parking space.

There are 12 units offering ground floor access, 6 of which also have a mezzanine floor. All these units offer roller shutter access or lockable gates. The units vary in size from approximately 600 to 1000 sq ft. Each has internet, outward facing windows and an industrial sink. The units each come with a free parking space and more can be arranged by agreement. Individual metering registers the use of power and certain services. There are no rates under current legislation, but there is a non-profit shared service charge for site maintenance and services.
Service charges dependent on unit’s metered electricity consumption, so vary considerably.

Barn 1 will have bookable conference/meeting room as well as a further room in which schooling can take place by appointment.
