A Level Students have a Crafty Day Out at Grandey’s

Year 12 students from The Bishop’s Stortford High School (TBSHS) visited Grandey’s Place Heritage and Craft Centre in Green Tye on Wednesday 1st March to find out more about the work of the talented artists and makers who work here.
Eight Art A-level students and two students in Design & Technology toured the Grandey’s Place studios and workshops and met practitioners of a wide range of arts and crafts including stained glass making, pottery and mosaics, lettercarving, figurative sculpture, musical instrument restoration, upholstery, corsetry, leatherwork and horology
